Finally, it must be mentioned that any particular ester of Trenbolone does not require a similarly estered anabolic steroid to be stacked with it (for example, Trenbolone Enanthate stacked with Testosterone Enanthate). It is a perfectly fine and safe practice to be able to combine, for example, Trenbolone Acetate and Testosterone Enanthate (instead of Testosterone Propionate ) in Trenbolone cycles. These combinations present no problems and actually work well, but every individual curious about these combinations must always be aware that proper timing, half-life, and injection frequency varies with each of these compounds. The only reason why many individuals prefer to stack Testosterone Enanthate with Trenbolone Enanthate , for example, is because of the convenience aspect and ease of administration frequency and timing (as both compounds are identical in half-life).
Precision Gear Works offer two versions of this drug, one being Tren 150 which is dosed at 150mg/ml and contains the Enanthate ester and Tren-Ace 80 which is dosed at 80mg/ml of the Trenbolone acetate ester. Dosage on the acetate ester ranges from around 40mg every day or 80 every other day right up to 80mg every day or 160mg every other day, some users have reported dosages at 200mg ED and, while I think that is just crazy if you compare the anabolic/androgenic ratio to a powerful hormone such as testosterone you will see why. If you are using the Enanthate base you will be looking at around at around 2ml per week, which would be around 300mg of the drug. I would suggest starting off on the Ace version and seeing how your body responds to Tren, the last thing you want is a long ester at work when you start to develop some really nasty side effects.
Athletes, like all others, may have illnesses or conditions that require them to take particular medications. If the medication an athlete is required to take to treat an illness or condition happens to fall under the prohibited list, a therapeutic use exemption may give that athlete the authorization to take the needed medicine. Criteria for granting a therapeutic use exemption are 1.) The athlete would experience significant health problems without taking the prohibited substance or method, 2.) The therapeutic use of the substance would not produce significant enhancement of performance, and 3.) There is no reasonable therapeutic alternative to the use of the otherwise prohibited substance or method. Note hormone replacement therapy (HRT), . supplementing with prescribed testosterone in any form to raise testosterone levels due to natural decreases that occur with aging (even if to just elevate levels to within ‘normal’ ranges), is NOT considered a medicinal exception. Persons using HRT would not be eligible for WPA/NANBF/IPE competition.
